ACADEMIC INFORMATION

Bachelor’s degree in business administration from the Autonomous University of Madrid and Frankfurt School of Finance & Management. He has also completed the Senior Executive Management Programme at INSEAD as well as other courses at the IE Business School, where he is currently Associate Professor of Financial Statement Analysis of the Master in Management since 2013.

EXPERIENCE

He was the Managing Director of Caser Capital Risk (Caser group), where he directed several investment operations. He was also a member of Caser Group Investment Committee with €13.1 billion of assets under management. Previously, he held management positions in N+1 (currently Alantra), Ahorro Corporación, PwC and Dragados.
He is currently Chief Finance and Strategy Officer of Metrovacesa. Member of the Senior Management Committee and assistant to the Board of Directors and Audit Committee. Since 2013, he has directed various restructuring and refinancing (value added of €4.3 billion) as well as the recent recapitalisation (€1.65 billion), resulting in €3.3 billion of debt reduction and an Investment Grade rating achieved with both S&P and Moody´s. He has also participated in the sale of Gecina (€1.55B) and the merger with Merlin (€2.2B).
In total he has accumulated more than 20 years of experience in Private Equity, Structure Finance, Corporate Finance and Debt & Equity Capital Markets, having been involved in more than 20 transactions for an amount exceeding €5.7B. He has served on various boards and audit committees since 2004.

ACADEMIC INFORMATION

Bachelor Degree in Economics and Business Management from the Autonomous University of Madrid (1973-1978) and MBA from the IESE, Barcelona (1980-82).

EXPERIENCE

Eduardo’s career started in Dresdner Bank in Germany (1978-1980). Between 1982 and 1990 he held various different positions in Banque Nationale of Paris in both Spain and France, the last position being that of General Manager of Banexi, Spain. He held the position of General Corporate Manager of the Group PRISA (1990-2001), and was Iberian partner for the private equity firm Apax Partners (2002-2006). . He has also held various senior positions within the Norwegian media group Schibsted ASA, being CEO (2010-2012) and Vice-President of 20 Minutos (2007-2010 and 2012-2014), and on the Board of Directors of Infojobs (2010-2011). Presently he is a member of the Board of Directors of various companies: Boolino, The Gawa Microfinance Fund, Promotech Digital, and previously of Dairio As, Everis, Apax Partners, Everis, Radical Technologies, Bodaclick, Màs Móvil Telecom 3.0, Canalmail, Kreab Gavin Anderson Iberia, B-Side Media, Imm Sound. He has also been a member of various Advisory Councils: Veronis Suhler Stevenson, La Nevera Roja, amongst others.

She graduated in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at the Autonomous University, Madrid, specialising in science at Harvard University, an MBA from the Instituto de Empresa and also in Digital Transformation from The Valley Digital Business School. Ms Pilar Zulueta has extensive international experience in media, consumer products, retail and innovation.

EXPERIENCE

Independent director of Everis, NTT Group, where she forms part of the Audit and Remuneration and Appointment Committees. She is also Proprietary Director and an investor in Cervezas Brabante and member of the International Advisory Board of Instituto de Empresa (IE). Currently working with various foundations linked to the improvement of education for girls and women in Nepal.
In 1997 she joined Warner Bros. Consumer Products, where she served as the following: Director General for Spain & Portugal (1997-1999), Director General of Southern Europe (1999- 2001) and Director General for Europe, Middle East and Africa (2001-2015) from the London headquarters. Between 1992 – 1995 she was Director of Marketing and Sales for RJ Reynolds and CEO of WBI – RJR Nabisco Group (1992-1995). She has been a member of the Women’s Leadership Advisory Council in the American Chamber of Commerce (AMCHAM) and Professional Women Network Spain.

Bachelor in Economics and Actuarial Sciences, both degrees from the University of Barcelona and Masters in Financial Management from ESADE.

EXPERIENCE

Josep Mª was CFO of Oryzon from 2003-2007, and previously responsible for the first comprehensive program for the creation of technological companies developed by Spanish administration. He is currently CEO of Inveready Asset Management, SGECR, SA and Chairman of Inveready Financial Group companies of which he has been a founding partner, and is currently its largest shareholder. He participates as member of the Board of Directors of more than 30 technology-based companies like Oryzon Genomics, SA, Agile Contents, SL, Interiorvista, SL, Palo Biofarma, SL or Natac Group, SL. From his position in Inveready, Josep Mª has actively participated in dozens of corporate operations amongst which we can highlight the sale of PasswordBank Technologies, SL the Symantec American group and also the sale of Indisys, SL the American group Intel. Josep Mª is actively involved in the definition and implementation of the strategy of M & A of the Group MÁSMOVIL IBERCOM.

EXPERIENCE

Mr Robert Sudo is the managing director of Providence Equity Partners, at its corporate office in London. In addition, Mr. Sudo is currently a director of the companies Ambassador Theatre Group, Bité, Clarion Events, HSE24 and Volia Limited. Prior to joining Providence in 2004, Mr. Sudo worked as a financial analyst in mergers and acquisitions for Goldman Sachs.
